This is my girls' favorite craft. They made these at Family Center and we just had to make them again ( the other ones were played with a little too well). It's cute, easy, and the girls love running with them like they're kites.
Jellyfish
Need-
Construction Paper
Tacky Glue (something else would probably work)
Masking Tape
Scissors
Crate Paper
Confetti
Eyes
Ziplock Snack Bags
Hair Gel
Markers
Instructions-
First fold Construction Paper in half and cut a whole in the open side of the paper a little smaller than the snack bag. Unfold and keep paper open until the end. Fill the bag with hair gel and put some confetti in it. Seal it up put it over the whole and tape around the top and sides. Cut the crate paper for tentacles, squeeze the top ends together and tape on each side of the whole. Add glue all around the edges of the construction paper and fold close. Glue on the eyes, color it up, and add anything else you want. It's really fun to squish the mouth around and see all the different things inside.
I just realized I forgot to round the corners on the tops of the jellyfish so they kind of look funny. Also the school has bingo markers that the girls colored their first ones with, those are great especially for the younger kids.
